The Keys Island Villa in Venture Out Resort unit 354 is an 865 SF two-bedroom two-bathroom stilt home with 35’ of canal dock waterfrontage. Guests love the luxury feel from having a parking spot under the home, walking into the inviting custom kitchen with granite and experiencing the outstanding layout that provides rare comfort of two king bedrooms (one master) and the second bedroom have a second private bathroom. Dine inside, or outside on the upper patio or eat at the downstairs patio overlooking the waterfront! If you are lucky a manatee might even join you!
Property details
You will arrive via the Overseas Highway running from Miami to Key West to mile marker 22/23 by turning onto Spanish Main Drive and travel a half mile to Venture Out Resort on the left. The security gate attendants will require payment of the Resort access fee of $125 for your group for the entire stay.
Upon entry you will turn left and travel about 100 feet to our home 354 of the right. Look for the circular pull off and you should see the sign on the back patio. Please park one vehicle only under the stilt home. The stairs to the living area are located on the canal waterfront side.
You will enter the home into our open concept living/kitchen area. Settle into the beautiful living room and enjoy the power reclining sofa to absorb the great setting!
The choice of bedrooms is simple… King size premium mattress master suite on the left with a connected bathroom featuring tile shower and LED mirror, choose the King size premium mattress second bedroom with easy access to the bathroom entered from the hallway. The second bathroom is a tad larger and shares the washer/dryer with the tile shower and another LED mirror.
We provide start up soaps, shampoos and paper products before you get time to head to the store.

BOAT DOCKING AND TRAILER PARKING
Tips for traveling with a boat to stay at Keys Island Villa.
· The boat dock owned/rented with Venture Out lot 354 measures 35 feet. Thus a 35-foot boat will use the entire allowable area so be sure your vessel will fit.
· The entire 35’ dock is concrete. The edge of the concrete does not have bumpers. There are 4x4 posts to assist with docking. We do have dock cleats for tying the rope from your boat to the dock.
· Renters and owners have the use of Venture Out boat ramp for putting the vessel in and out during the stay period.
· Trailer parking is NOT provided on lot 354. Venture Out Association sometimes has extra parking space for trailers on a first come first serve basis. They do charge a daily fee. Please feel free to check at the guard shack when you arrive to see if the have space when you are here. Space CANNOT be reserved before you are onsite.
· As owners of Keys Island Villa Venture Out lot 354 we do provide off site boat trailer parking for our renters. We do not charge any extra fee for this service. This trailer parking space is near the entrance to Venture Out but outside the gate. If you want to reserve this please be sure to notify us when you make the reservation or at check in. This service is for the term of your stay once in and then once out (not daily use). Be sure you provide a lock to secure your trailer.
· The Venture Out marina store does sell gas, ice etc.
